Peyton Hoge Posted August 8, 2017 Share #1 Posted August 8, 2017 Advertisement (gone after registration) I have gotten a horizontal line on a few pictures all the way across the image, but not on every image. I put in another SD card, and it has not done it with this one. Is that a corrupt card? Welcome, dear visitor! jaapv Posted August 8, 2017 Share #2 Posted August 8, 2017 It might be, but I am not sure. Send the image to Leica (DNG) to evaluate.

Peyton Hoge Posted August 22, 2017 Author Share #5 Posted August 22, 2017 This is the reply I received from Leica: Thank you for your patience. I got a feedback from our Sensor Expert. The failure cannot be remedies with a firmware update. Your M10 is the first worldwide that has this problem. To be able to determine it, we need your camera here in Germany. I am very sorry that you have to send it here. Please contact our representative in the USA, so they can assist you with the shipment. As soon as we have your device here, we will do our best to expedite the repair. Leica Camera Actually, It is not the first world wide with this problem. My dealer said he had it happen to his also, and to keep an eye on it to see if it is a continuous problem. It has only happened at 5000 or 6400 ISO, and in this same location, (4 times) but not every time. Could it possibly be caused by the light in the room on the right? I have not been able to recreate it in other lighting situations. It has not happened anywhere else or at other ISO setting.
