Yesterday there was a big black spot in the upper left corner; Appears in all photos. But I live in Brazil, in Rio de Janeiro, and I move to New York in September. I emailed Leica from NJ, as well as a store in Soho, NY. So far no response. Does anyone know if there is an e-mail from Leica International for me to complain? Does anyone have a phone? But I'm extremely disappointed! Thank you! I would not use Leica in NJ. Their service is notoriously slow and there is something seriously wrong with their business operation. You probably wouldn't see your camera again for months. The last time I used them, I had to finally write to Leica Headquarters in Germany to complain and they were very helpful and even apologized for the NJ subsidiary.
