Recently I have started using live view when using my Soo7 on a tripod. I've never been one for using live view right back to my D800 days, but for some reason I started using it when I was at home this time and its amazing. Being able to move the focus point and have all these assistant aids has opened a whole new photography experience for me. All of the above works perfectly out of the bright sunlight, its not so perfect when you are standing in bright sunlight.

If you haven't tried it I would highly recommend doing it..........its a very cool feature of the Leica S007

I have a hoodman loupe for my 007 and Pentax 645Z. Makes live view useful.

Being able to place the AF point accurately is so useful, as is some form of exposure preview. I think if you've gotten used to any mirrorless camera you immediately notice when those features are no longer available. Having live view gets some of them back.
