graeme_clarke Posted June 24, 2007 Share #1 Â Posted June 24, 2007 Advertisement (gone after registration) Downloaded the new firmware without a hitch. I tried the new "high viewpont" on the screen (for holding the camera at a low level) and compared it with the low viewpoint (for holding the camera high in the air). The new high viewpoint doesn't seem to make anywhere near the difference to the screen as the original low viewpoint, which is quite effective. Â Is it me, my camera, or a common difference? Advertisement Posted June 24, 2007 Posted June 24, 2007 Hi graeme_clarke, Take a look here Digilux 3 - firmware v2 - high and low viewpoint. I'm sure you'll find what you were looking for!
cbretteville Posted June 24, 2007 Share #2 Â Posted June 24, 2007 My wife's C-Lux 1 does this and to get the high viewpoint I just hold it upside down frame the shot looking down and press the shutter. The camera indicates the correct rotation in the files so the shot comes out correct. Â - C
