Ernest Posted June 8, 2017 Share #3 Â Posted June 8, 2017 Yes, these are fat little boys, but, oh, so fast. Time to hit the gym and build up those Popeye forearms. Â Â Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
Gregm61 Posted June 8, 2017 Share #4 Â Posted June 8, 2017 My shoulder aches at the thought.....but I'd figure out a way if I could get ahold of a 28mm f1.4.
Magic Posted June 8, 2017 Author Share #5 Â Posted June 8, 2017 I come from a D4s with 14-24, 24-70 and 70-200 plus accessories in the backpack...so it will feel like a feather :-)

Time to hit the gym and build up those Popeye forearms. .... I admit that I have the 50 Summilux asph and the 90 Summicron Apo-Asph., and to the lightweight 28mm Summicron I like to add some 18mm as well - but have not achieved any Popeye dimensions and I am sure I never will. LocalHero1953 Posted June 8, 2017 Share #8 Â Posted June 8, 2017 Someone who wants to rule alone might say: "Let me have men around me that are fat..." I prefer my lenses to have a lean and hungry look: Elmarit 28, Apo-Summicron 50 and Apo-Summicron 75. (For a better analogy perhaps I should go for the Elmar 135 instead of the latter). Ernest Posted June 8, 2017 Share #9 Â Posted June 8, 2017 Well, that is one handsome triumvirate, and when all is said and done, enough serious Leica glass to take on the challenge of any assignment. Leica rules! Â Â Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

james.liam Posted June 9, 2017 Share #11  Posted June 9, 2017 Wonderful covey of fast glass but my take; I switched from Nikon SLRs for the light portability of M bodies and lenses. the focus inaccuracies inherent to RF and super-fast glass seems to lend these gems as better suited for the SL. I'd be happier with a 28 Elmarit, Summaron or CV 3,5/28, 50 Elmar M and 90/4. The new sensors make this an easier choice.
Rambot-M Posted June 9, 2017 Share #12 Â Posted June 9, 2017 This is where I would like to be in a few years. I have one of them (50 summilux) now. It'll be 28 Summilux next. Â Awesome collection! Enjoy... Â Â Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
Steve Spencer Posted June 9, 2017 Share #13 Â Posted June 9, 2017 Congratulations, very similar to my triumvirate, 28 lux, 50 cron AA, 90 cron AA. Â I am sure you will love the 90AA and I assume you already know the 28 lux is fantastic.
semi-ambivalent Posted June 9, 2017 Share #14 Â Posted June 9, 2017 I'd like to see the other two out of their boxes. It would give me a better idea on the size of the 28. Â s-a

i-Leica Posted June 10, 2017 Share #18 Â Posted June 10, 2017 nice set, will be soon and maybe mine too (minus APO 90)Â one question: why you need 90mm when you have 50? second question: what added Cartier to the setup?
Magic Posted June 10, 2017 Author Share #19 Â Posted June 10, 2017 I feel like every now and then I would need something on the longer range without cropping the image I took with the 50. Â Cartier didn't add anything except of the background...the bag was standing on the chest of drawers next to the lenses and I thought red and black gives a nice contrast....photo taken with iphone though.... :-)
i-Leica Posted June 10, 2017 Share #20 Â Posted June 10, 2017 I am torn between Summicron 28 and Summilux 28 as an addition to my 50 Summilux on M10, head says Cron, heart says Lux..... wife says..... Q Â
