Hi folks .... I'm back 😀

I missed the Q, loved the Fuji X100F (now sold) and still have a Fuji X-Pro3 with a couple of lenses .... but oh how I missed that Q!

Looking through my photographs I can tell those that were taken with the Leica Q ... so when one cropped up on the motorcycle forum I'm on, S/H but as new, with extras, I jumped straight back in 👍

Please forgive  me for leaving in the first place ...

Did you buy another Q or Q2 ?

Hi Lucena .... good to see you still on here. It's an as new standard Q, very little use.

Along with a few Leica extra's 👍

I'm not doing as much motorcycle touring these days, for one reason or another, but doing more walking the Highlands and Islands of Bonnie Scotland away in the VW Campervan, when allowed, long with the new to me old Cocker Spaniel. Always loved the Q but it was too bulky for the motorcycle tank bag.

Is the Q2 worth the upgrade?

Don't sell it - you will probably regret it.

I sold mine in favor of an Olympus E1 Mark II that has a lot more facilities. It's a great camera and I am keeping it BUT I really missed that Leica look/IQ and ever so simple menu - and only carrying one camera rather than a camera + 3 lenses.

I have just bought another q -for my street photography - we live and learn.

I’m on the opposite path, I have the EM1 Mk11 and a bunch of lenses. Great camera, great photos, but so tired of hiking with so much kit. Discovered the Q and now reading everything I possibly can on the web. Looking to sell my Olympus kit and move to the Q2 alone in coming weeks. Big decision.

Well I've jumped in with both feet 🤣

Gifted the Leica Q to my grandson, he's much better at this game than me! Bought a Leica Q2,  a Christmas and birthday present to myself. Well if I can't treat myself at my age ..... 👀

Loving it. Love the upgrades ... you were right 👍

Thank you
