hm1912 Posted August 4, 2006 Share #1 Posted August 4, 2006 Advertisement (gone after registration) This should be the last Jerusalem shot I'll be posting for a little bit. I hope that there has been some improvement in my photoshop skills! Taken with R9 and 28-90 lens. Thanks for looking!

hm1912 Posted August 4, 2006 Author Share #3 Posted August 4, 2006 Thanks Dave. I gave a copy of this photograph to a Muslim friend of mine, who liked a lot, in part because it is such a rare vantage point to see the Mosque (he almost didn't recognize it). stuny Posted August 4, 2006 Share #4 Posted August 4, 2006 Ilan - I really like the angle, composition, tones and textures. I'll have to look at it again on a better monitor -- On this one it seems to need a bit of brightening.
yavetshm Posted August 4, 2006 Share #5 Posted August 4, 2006 Ilan This angle makes the monument even more impressive. Nice shot. Haim
hm1912 Posted August 4, 2006 Author Share #6 Posted August 4, 2006 Thanks Stuart and Haim for the comments. Haim, I think I've past by your Kibbutz, and I may have even been there (you've got a museum there no?). I stayed breifly at Kibbutz Malkiya, about 12 years ago, and I have a vague recollection of visiting other Kibbutzim near the border -- Bar Am may have been one of them that we went to.
