I have just upgraded my ipad to iOS 10.3 and it still doesn' work. My Leica M app is also the same version as yours. I have also tried the Join WLAN method and it is still unable to find the camera. I am going back there again on Tuesday as they have finally agreed to upgrade the firmware of their display M10. We shall see what happens then.
