I guess that's the screen capture you made of the LR lens corrections panel... ? "Lightroom.png" is the first screen capture he posted. If you click the image it displays the name. I call this user error and I know because I found out from my own errors. I have noticed this on a couple of occasions! But how I noticed was the framelines looked not right. So I switched on and off, same. Then I took lens off and back on. Framelines perfect. That's something to look out for. Like leaving the lens cap on! Good for blackish images!
