apertur Posted March 11, 2017 Share #1 Posted March 11, 2017 Advertisement (gone after registration) Hey, any experiences with the Leica one and the MT thumbs up? I like the design better from the Leica one but the ThUmbs Up is better fixed with a srcew. Any experiences yet?
Advertisement Posted March 11, 2017 Posted March 11, 2017 Hi apertur, Take a look here Thumb rest - which one. I'm sure you'll find what you were looking for!
Cliff S Posted March 11, 2017 Share #2 Posted March 11, 2017 I like the Leica one. It looks nicer, fits more naturally without looking added on and.... I like that it comes off easy without a hex wrench so I can easily and quickly pop on the EZF.
dabrez Posted March 11, 2017 Share #3 Posted March 11, 2017 Just purchased the FotodioX Pro Thumb Grip Type B from B & H for an M262. Seems to work fine. Good fit, good feel. However, I have only had it for a few days. At $15.00 seems to be a good alternative to the higher priced spread! If nothing else it lets you try one out for not a lot of money. Renatus Posted March 12, 2017 Share #4 Posted March 12, 2017 Thumbie is best. I've used it for three years on the M240. Its excellent and does not take up the hot shoe. I think it will fit a M10, check with Steve. Stonewall Brigade Posted March 13, 2017 Share #5 Posted March 13, 2017 Thumbs Up now has a new product made for the M10. Cost is marked down to $154.88 at popphotoflash.com. A very inexpensive but quality thumb grip is made by Fotasy.
LeicaGuy2014 Posted March 14, 2017 Share #6 Posted March 14, 2017 I'm using the Leica thumb support attachment. I prefer this to the ThumbsUp one since I can remove without an allen wrench (in case I need to pop on the EVF in the field).
