Robert M Poole Posted March 2, 2017 Share #2 Â Posted March 2, 2017 Looks sharp enough. How's the focusing? Â www.robertpoolephotography.com
Rus Posted March 2, 2017 Share #3  Posted March 2, 2017 Mine does flare quite easily, and often seems to give a yellowish-greenish cast to the image. It works quite well for BW though, stopping down or wide open. And occasionally it surprises me pleasantly with a colour photo or two  some from mine with the M9

I might get one some day to try on my A7.I bought an old Zenit E SLR which came with the lens. SilentShutter Posted March 3, 2017 Share #16  Posted March 3, 2017 Robert if you ever get the chance to try a Nikkor Q 2,8/135 - for portraits it´s the best Bokeh I ever found ! Smooth and silky and sharp to the point at f 4,0 almost on mechanical level like Leica.

Peter Enkel Posted March 3, 2017 Share #18  Posted March 3, 2017 I have been intent of obtaining a f3.5 50mm Elmar for use on both my 111F and/or M8 to replace an f2 Summitar.  However, the quality of all the imagery at this thread, but notably the superb Market scene, is giving me serious second thoughts!
