M3 release stuck

I recently bought a used Leica M3. The seller advised it had been modified from DS to SS. The function was checked normal. However, I loaded a film for test a few days later found that the release button stuck after cocked. The release is normal if no film is loaded.

I checked the film loading compartment found that a disc with an indent, which rotates with the lever, does not fully rotated (only 1-2 degree lacked) that blocked the depress of the release button linkage.

Does anybody know how to repair it?

Thanks.

IMG_8499.JPG is a normal disc position if no film is loaded.

You may see the linkage of release button is obstructed by the disc if film is loaded.
