N/NW Posted December 31, 2016 Share #1 Posted December 31, 2016 Advertisement (gone after registration) Every winter I have the good fortune of viewing Bald Eagles at Lake Coeur d'Alene, Idaho. platypus Posted December 31, 2016 Share #4 Posted December 31, 2016 Bill......it was just a few days ago I was wondering when your eagles would appear for this season. This is a great shot, looking forward to more of the same.
albert Posted January 1, 2017 Share #5 Posted January 1, 2017 Bill, I agree this is an annual event. The day your eagles show up on the forum. Very enjoyable.
N/NW Posted January 1, 2017 Author Share #6 Posted January 1, 2017 Thank you everyone. I've not taken many eagle images this winter but plan to take more before the birds continue on their migration. The latest count shows over two hundred birds in the area. I really need to get out and enjoy seeing (and photographing) these great birds while I have the chance. albert Posted January 2, 2017 Share #8 Posted January 2, 2017 https://www.nationaleaglecenter.org/ Bill this eagle destination is just a 40 minute drive from my home. Perhaps we can engage in a VL-114 shootout.
