Wide Angle Adapter for X Vario?

I see many users have added a close up lens for the X Vario. Has anyone any experience with a wide angle adapter for the X Vario? How is the image quality affected?

hallo Mike,

 

I am using the wide angle converter Lumix LWA52*. The picture quality is absolutely ok for landscape photography. internal photos show minor signs, bu thea are tolerable. (*+ "Quenox" step up adapter 52/43mm)

I've just ordered an Olympus WCON 0.7 wide converter but do not know if it's usable on the XV … taking a chance that it might be:

I've used the super cheap Vision Optics Titanium wide-angle lens on an RX100.

I wasn't really fond of it because it generates a fisheye effect (non-rectilinear).
