Kaiser Soshe Posted November 11, 2016 Share #1 Â Posted November 11, 2016 Advertisement (gone after registration) Focusing has always been an issue for me when using Leicas. I often use Leicas in a studio setting where we have the lights turned down and trying to do get a focus on a persons eye is a challenge. While reading Thorsten Overgaards blog I came across the Walter Leica contrast lens. It's awesome. Focusing is much much easier. Money well spent. They come in a light yellow tint and a coral tint. I won't use my cameras without them.

Robert E Posted November 11, 2016 Share #5 Â Posted November 11, 2016 I emailed Walter, asking if he is going to make the lenses for the SL. He said he would consider it. Maybe if enough guys request it, he will.

BigBabyEarl Posted November 12, 2016 Share #7 Â Posted November 12, 2016 Advertisement (gone after registration) I have one with my prescription put in it along with the contrast glass. It's really helpful. I've also just had the plain contrast glass as well. The only thing that sucks is its thick. You can barely see 35mm lines on a film MP .72. I haven't tried digitally and it may work better because I think the M is .68. Either way, with a 50 it's really nice. He's a good dude too.
