Advertisement (gone after registration)

Hi,

 

It is extremely regretful to have such a poor service from the publisher of LFI. I received LFI since more than 3 decades without missing a single issue. The voice on the other side of the phone says I am NOT subscribed to LFI and when I ask the question of already received copies he says "he does not have any knowledge about who has sent these issues to me" !!

 

I received 1/2007 and 2/2007 but not the rest and he says he does not know who sent these copies and when I insist he says he is not speaking chinese and I am not able to understand that I have not any subscription to LFI. It seems may be he is able to speak Chinese but not English!

 

I am ready to pay second time for the missing issues but I have un-answered e-mails. I have NO idea about what to do.

 

Please help if any of you has any idea.

Hakki,

 

first suggestion: find out to which company you paid the money. They should be responsible to deliver the missing issues.

 

second: Did you talk to LFI in Hamburg, Germany? Please send me this information by PM or email - such things are sorted out better not in public.

I contacted LFI directly and Herr König offered me an exceptional service for the continuation of my subscription. I should express my gratitude to LFI and Herr König.

 

For those who experience difficulties with Bruil, contact LFI directly.
