I have three Godox 360's (full manual) all triggered by the Godox transmitter. For me the system works extremely well. Most of my interiors photography is done with the Godox units as is some wedding and portrait work. The Godox units are used generally when I can't/don't want to carry my Elinchroms. With the Godox's I tend to use simple modifiers like the beauty dish, a small umbrella or even bare.

The whole system fits in a smallish bag, works reliably and is very quick to set up and pull down.

Gordon, do you ever use the Godoxes for outdoor work or do you prefer the Elinchromes for that?

I have the feeling you should run a course in lighting for some of us!

Not really. I usually work alone so I like the smaller Godox units on location for both portability and speed. I use the Elinchroms when I need a more sophisticated set up or more power. I probably favour the smaller units 70% of the time. In studio I always use the Elinchroms because I can use bigger modifiers more easily.
