For me the system works extremely well. Most of my interiors photography is done with the Godox units as is some wedding and portrait work. The Godox units are used generally when I can't/don't want to carry my Elinchroms. With the Godox's I tend to use simple modifiers like the beauty dish, a small umbrella or even bare. Gordon Gordon, do you ever use the Godoxes for outdoor work or do you prefer the Elinchromes for that? I have the feeling you should run a course in lighting for some of us! I use the Elinchroms when I need a more sophisticated set up or more power. I probably favour the smaller units 70% of the time.
