martinb Posted June 11, 2007 Share #23 Posted June 11, 2007 I've heard that all Leica lenses are made in intervalls. Maybe that's what he meant?

Chuck Hatcher Posted June 11, 2007 Share #25 Posted June 11, 2007 A strangerly orchestrated strategy of misinformation to put customers in "desire mood" and keeping high the prices ? My "desire mood" has not been a problem - it's my inability to find the lens for sale. I am using mostly older lenses but had planned to make the Elmarit 28mm my first "new" coded lens. But now I have tired of waiting for it and bought a CV 28/3.5 instead. Readily available and only a fraction of the cost. Whatever the popularity of the M8 means for Leica, it is undoubtedly a big success for Cosina-Voigtlander.
