dugby Posted July 7, 2016 Share #1 Posted July 7, 2016 Advertisement (gone after registration) I just collected a couple 30" x 40" prints (on canvas) that I shot with my M240 and 50mm FLE Summilux-M and am very impressed with the image sharpness. Used LR 6.6 to process DNGs to create JPEGs that were printed by local pro printing shop. Now I am curious as to what other sizes, users of this forum are happy with ? Advertisement Posted July 7, 2016 Posted July 7, 2016 Hi dugby, Take a look here M240, what large sized prints ?. I'm sure you'll find what you were looking for!
sblutter Posted July 7, 2016 Share #2 Posted July 7, 2016 I exhibited and sold M9 shots a few yrs ago up to 84" long side - not a bit of pixelization. Was printed by an art house with a great photoshop tech M240 would be a bit better One of Tech's secrets: enlarge the file 1" at a time, again & again until final size. Setting: enlarge. I don't know if that's avail in LR
RFH Posted July 16, 2016 Share #3 Posted July 16, 2016 I just made a 100x150 cm inkjet print of a photo shot with my M240 and an old Nikkor 3,5 cm/3.5. Looks splendid. No tricks involved in upsizing the file.
Peter Kilmister Posted July 16, 2016 Share #4 Posted July 16, 2016 I ordered a 20x30 print thinking it was cms. Snapfish uses inches not cms. This huge 20" x 30" print arrived ... much bigger than expected. No grain. Very happy after all.
