Advertisement Posted July 13, 2016 Posted July 13, 2016 Hi Guest satrycon, Take a look here Leica SL Prices. I'm sure you'll find what you were looking for!
steppenw0lf Posted July 15, 2016 Share #22 Â Posted July 15, 2016 @adamdewilde You should know that fierce attacks will automatically provoke fierce defence. (That's kitchen psychology, also politics) So if you want to find followers for your recommendations, make them short, witty and do not attack possible dissenters. And learn how to use the room in a forum more economically - e.g. no need to copy everything. Â Most are not happy with Leica prices but is this a reason to complain all the time about it ? If you had a terrible illness once but got over it, is it better to go on complaining for the rest of your life or to enjoy the newfound health ? (No need to forget the problems, but also not wise to see nothing else.) Â Sorry, no reply needed. I will not follow this thread anymore. Nothing new or exciting. I agree, while I also felt being "robbed" (I purchased MP240, SL, 6 M lenses in my country), I take that as a lesson, Leica will never stop making outstanding photography gears, no hard feeling, no regret (maybe a little), I will still doing business with Leica as long as I can afford it. Sandokan Posted July 16, 2016 Share #24 Â Posted July 16, 2016 Maybe I will switch tactics - and look at where I can get the cheapest deal for my next Leica deal. Â I also do not trust Leica - the stopping of the DMR battery being a case in point. Their response and non support was unreasonable after I spent CHF15K on the R9+DMR. They had a legal duty to support what they sold for a number of years after discontinuing it ... and did not.
steppenw0lf Posted July 16, 2016 Share #25 Â Posted July 16, 2016 Batteries are a special topic. And Leica is no maker of batteries. I just hope we will not have the same problem with the battery/accumulator for the SL in a few years. It seems to be a "one off".
