IWC Doppel Posted June 18, 2016 Share #1 Posted June 18, 2016 Advertisement (gone after registration) As I'm slimming down my lense collection I have my mkv for sale, keeping you 50 f1 and 50 pre ASPH sunmilux but selling my mkv (it's not at home currently) is it special in any way on the MM and should I keep or try it on the MM ? On my M9 the f1 and pre ash summilux are preferred They are both good on the MM just never really tried the mkv !
Advertisement Posted June 18, 2016 Posted June 18, 2016 Hi IWC Doppel, Take a look here MM1 and 50 Summicron mkv. I'm sure you'll find what you were looking for!
Belle123 Posted June 19, 2016 Share #2 Posted June 19, 2016 Having reduced my lenses for the 246 now to 3 M lenses, all pre Asph Mandler designs, the 50 Summicron v4 is a keeper for the monochrome. I wouldn't ever part with it.
Guest JMF Posted June 19, 2016 Share #3 Posted June 19, 2016 Is your 50 pre asph summilux a v3 focusing to 0,70m? If not , it's a reason to consider keeping the summicron v5 !
otto.f Posted June 19, 2016 Share #4 Posted June 19, 2016 What is mkv? What is mkv? If you mean Mark V, I would sell it. If you are going to regret it buy a version 4 back. Much more effective separate hood, or in any case in my experience less flare
