I made a subscrition to LFI magazine since the 01 MAy 2007. I didn't receive any magazines yet , also I wrote to them ; no reply. Is it normal?

If your subscription starts with the May issue, send them an E-Mail. I had the same problem and it was solved right away.

I’ve been a subscriber for many years and got my issues from Falsten UK. After a decision than Falsten shouldn’t distributed anymore, I got problems. I both sent emails and letters without getting any response at all. I got F.. and now I’m a pre-subscriber….

Hi Annibale

I'm having much the same problem... My subscription ran out and they didn't inform me. Having discovered I'd missed an issue dealing with the use of on flash with the M8 I resubscribed online and ordered a back issue.

I got my first subscription issue (LFI 4/2007) today, 3-4 weeks after I placxed my order - but there is still no sign of the back number...

I'm going to be away for the next couple of weeks and will chase them if it hasn't arrived by the time I get back.

Same here, pretty well. Mine ran out without their sending a renewal reminder. I emailed Herr Koenig recently asking about the best way to proceed, but got no reply. So I've renewed my subscription starting with the next issue, and ordered the (two in my case) missing issues as back numbers. I hope to receive these soon!

The LFI back issue that I wanted (3/2007) arrived yesterday, so that will be one less thing to chase on my return from holiday.

I'm off for 2 weeks in south Germany and Austria tomorrow morning, with an R8+DMR and 28-90 Elmarit and M8 with CV15,21,28,35,50 and 90... Who says I'm indecisive...!?

I am unimpressed by LFI. I took out and paid for a years subscription and received two issues. I then received a letter telling me it was time to renew my subscription!. I emailed Herr Koenig twice and sent a surface mail. No replies to any of my communications. Life's too short to battle with poor service - i just take my business elsewhere - so I have given up - shame as it was an interesting read. I'm relived to know I'm not the only one with problems with them. i hope you have better luck than I did.

My sub runs for one year starting with issue No 1. Last winter I received an email prompting a reapplication then, in January, I received two copies, one for my old sub and oner for the new. I emailed the publisher who apologized and didn't bill me for the double sub. It settled eventually.

Quoting myself. They did not forget me, it really took 3-4 weeks for the first magazine to arrive. Yesterday I recieved the copy they promised after my complaint. Just hoping the magazine will be on time next, because it is not funny to walk by a paper stand and see the magazine you subscribed to sitting there for a long time before you have it.

Got my two back issues in the post today. So if my sub starts with the next issue I'm sorted!

... and the first issue of my new sub has arrived today, so here is at least one (relatively) happy bunny.

Funny you should say that - I would have said the same until 3 days ago when I saw the current German issue on sale in the station bookshop/newsagent at Garmisch Partenkirchen...

They also had that day's International English language edition of the (British) Independent newspaper...

LFI is also available in the station bookshop in Linz (Austria)

I'm a bit annoyed; I registered for their web-gallery and the promised confirmation/activation mail did not arrive.

I inquired about my subscription which expired but shouldn't have, twice, and no reply....

Is there something wrong there or are they just understaffed?

Edit, update.

Just now a mail came in. Something wrong with the confirmation mails, but they noticed :)
