I have been using my VC 15mm MkIII for a day or two and have been meaning to ask about the focus and if anyone else can fell a little slack when using ?

As you focus in there is a small but noticable 'rock' when you change direction focusing. Is this normal, I don't like the feeling, can live with it but it is noticeable. My Summaron has a little too, but I live with that as it 50 years old !

Any feedback from users would be very much appreciated

Mine developed a general looseness after about four months (not in the focusing specifically). The shop sent it to CV for repair but they took so long that they (the shop) eventually gave me a new copy, which so far is fine - fingers crossed.....

Thanks all, I spoke to Flaghead Photographic who sold the Lens to my Brother (he bought it for me), never heard of them before ?

The chap I spoke to seemed very nice and supportive and it'll go back tomorrow to sort, they will cover postage too ;-)
