Advertisement Posted June 1, 2016 Posted June 1, 2016 Hi bulentacar, Take a look here Downloading Firmware 1.1. I'm sure you'll find what you were looking for!
trequartista Posted June 1, 2016 Share #2 Posted June 1, 2016 You have to open it on your camera and not in Safari. Your Mac is not the Leica Q. Firmware Update Procedure Download an updated version of the firmware. Copy the firmware file onto a SD Memory Card in its top level folder. Make sure to turn off the power switch on the camera. Insert the fully charged battery to the body. If the battery is not fully charged, the update process screen will not appear. Insert the SD Memory Card into the camera. Turn the camera – while simultaneously pressing the video release button – on. The firmware update screen will appear. Press OK. The LEICA Q will start the update process. The firmware update will take about 90 seconds.
bulentacar Posted June 1, 2016 Author Share #3 Posted June 1, 2016 What I meant was after downloading it can't open it to copy it onto the SD card. Make sense?
pop Posted June 1, 2016 Share #4 Posted June 1, 2016 You don't "open" it. You just drag it to your SD card.
