John, I took several shots between 1:3,5 and 1:4 diaphragm (and the middle pass between both) and all at 1/8 speed. I hadn't tripod or monopod, so I used a palm tree ;-) Azzo, I'm glad you like it. I remember I was quietly having a beer, with my wife and some friends, in front of our diving club, in the other side of the only village in a little island (Los Roques, Venezuela) when I saw as the sky acquire a strange tonality. I let my beer, my wife and my friends and cross the village, running until the room we had in a little posada, on the East beach, and catch my camera. I had just time to shot 9 pictures meanwhile there were enough light for the film I used. It has been one of the most incredible natural phenomenom I saw in my life.
