gwpics Posted March 6, 2016 Share #3 Posted March 6, 2016 As a student health inspector many years ago I had a fish inspection examination which included a section on fish identification including identification from just fillets. This reminds me so much of that, but of course the students were much older and the 'parents' were the examiners.
