Unfortunately the seat alignment precluded a slightly more frontal view and having waited for here to turn her head, imminent departure meant pressing the shutter button without further delay. C'est la vie!

Incongruous to see Buddhist portraits at a butcher's shop in a market.

I've posted the color version of this picture in the M10 picture thread, but like the B&W version somewhat more and thought I should post it here since most people are likely to dislike the tonality of the picture I posted just above — although I like that too.

I posted this image before, in color, but upon revisiting it, I found that it makes for a much better b&w image....................also thought about posting it in this month's photo contest under 'reflections' but feel this is a more suitable & appropriate forum for what I'm trying to say with this this image.

 
SL / 24-90 V.E., on RRS tripod, pp'd in LR 5.
