What a lovely tree in a broody landscape Dee. I really like the mood this image conveys.

 

Hardy, thank you. This is an heirloom tree, as old as white settlement in this part of the country. It looks inspirational right now without leaves = dramatic effect!

Those that you posted in the Barnack's Monthly are really good.  I like the idea that we  post photos in the monthly for fun at a fast pace with no comments except "thanks". The downside is that there are some exceptionally fine images posted there that aren't posted anywhere else and we can't comment or ask questions about them. There was a separate thread for comments for a while but apparently there was not a lot of interest to keep it going. Oh well.
