Steve Ricoh Posted March 7, 2016 Share #21 Posted March 7, 2016 Advertisement (gone after registration) The Lebanon looks an interesting place to visit for a photographer, or even if you're not into photography such as my wife. Thanks to all for this interesting series.
Advertisement Posted March 7, 2016 Posted March 7, 2016 Hi Steve Ricoh, Take a look here Forum member Sandokan in Lebanon:-) . I'm sure you'll find what you were looking for!
XVarior Posted March 7, 2016 Author Share #22 Posted March 7, 2016 This was Rodrigue at work. He spent more time talking to people than taking their portrait. Tripoli was probably the best souk I have been to, with tailors (that was the man explaining to Rodrigue how he made the formal coat for the President, with hand woven camel wool instead of machine produced, as it is softer), goldsmiths, fruit and veg, butchers, bakers and soap makers (sorry, not candlesticks). Unfortunately Edgard could not make it that day. Ravi that's amazing! You spent some time shooting me you stealthy sniper :-( I would love to have all my pics in a bit better res so please email them to me when you have time.
