Taos photographic service

Advertisement (gone after registration)

I had ordered a sof release from Taos photographic and when the padded envelope arrived I opened it and found that the bottom part wasn't sealed totally. I rummaged Inside but to no avail: it was empty.

I immediately sent an email to both Taos and the carrier explaining the problem. By return, Taos wrote they were sending another one, boxed this time. This is what I call service. After all, I had signed for the receipt.

Whereas, the carrier only replied it would investigate but told me not to hold my breath.

I just wanted to express my satisfaction.
