Mauribix Posted June 1, 2007 Share #1 Posted June 1, 2007 Advertisement (gone after registration) Hi guys, here is a question for you all, maybe it was yet in the laundry list, but i didn't see it: After upgrading my M8 to the new Firmware 1.102 I'm surprised to notice that when I switch on the Camera, I have to push the shutter, otherway my M8 won't switch On. Is it correct? Why did they do this? I've lost many shots because of this! I'm sure this "switching on procedure" was not present before upgrading. Is there a way to avoid this, and simply switch on the camera as soon as I turn the lever in the shutter? Thanks a lot guys! scott kirkpatrick Posted June 1, 2007 Share #2 Posted June 1, 2007 It wasn't in the laundry list, and it only seems to affect some cameras, not all, so it needs to be passed along. I'll try a laundry list update soon, and see if we can get a response on status. scott
