Andy, Azzo, Brian,

thank you very much for your nice comments. I am sure the participant of The One Challenge will find very good motifs in Berlin.

As a quite new member that I am in this forum and did not know much about The One Challenge.I followed the thread about it occasionally and it sounds interesting to me. I lived in Berlin for many year and I still visit the city often. So I will try to manage to be there in October to attend The One Challenge and met some of you who are responsible for all this good pictures and the forum itself.

Regards,

Andreas

but I had never seen this example of his work

it is quite different from Beauborg or the DeMenil, which is a favorite photographic subject of mine here in Houston

I like your framing which emphasizes the remarkable razor like form of this building

I have to say the design does not look all that practical ...a corner office there would be hard to furnish :)

Arthur,

you are an expert on Renzo Piano and I am glad you like the picture.

I have not been inside and I think you are right concerning the design and practical issues. But the view from the corner office must be great because you are overlooking a part of Berlin inner city from there. So maybe no furniture would be good, I think ;)

Thank you for your comment,

Regards,

Andreas
