Iduna Posted December 18, 2015 Share #4 Posted December 18, 2015 Steve, lovely, the star effect of the lights is adding very much. The light is being reflected from the reling and ist beard of locks. But being honest, this craziness about the locks is a very ugly sight and spoils the aestethic impression . Here it brings more light though... Steve Ricoh Posted December 18, 2015 Author Share #5 Posted December 18, 2015 Thank you Berth, Stuny and Iduna. @Iduna: The star effect is, of course, caused by the aperture blades - I did very little in PP, that's the beauty of the Leica file, I didn't even crop. the Locks as you've probably guessed are lovers locks, I would have needed a bolt cutter and about 8hrs pre shoot time to remove them
Iduna Posted December 19, 2015 Share #6 Posted December 19, 2015 Steve, yes, I also noticed, since using the "Q" that in pp very little is being required. The padlock craziness here started as well. In Cologne the authorities removed all of them from a bridge because their amassed weight was causing trouble to the construction.
