marc_dufour Posted August 1, 2006 Share #1 Posted August 1, 2006 Advertisement (gone after registration) Motivated by the splendid compositions of Andy Barton and other members, I've tried to combine two slides, taken in the space of about one minute, following the same motif through the window. I like the result. I'm sure it's something I'll bear in mind in next travels and occasions. R 6.2, Vario-Elmar 35-70, Velvia 100. Thanks for looking. jmr Posted August 1, 2006 Share #2 Posted August 1, 2006 Marc, I like the result too - you can't see the join, as Eric used to say. Nice image.
john79456 Posted August 2, 2006 Share #3 Posted August 2, 2006 Marc: This is really clever, and I love the deep blues.
marc_dufour Posted August 2, 2006 Author Share #4 Posted August 2, 2006 JR You can't see the join because it's not a right line, but a curve with blured edge. According to the interest of each one, a slide prevails over the other, usually the lightest. It's just a little work with PS, but is worth while. JS I wasn't conscious of so much blue in my pictures, until I began to post someones in this forum, I promise :-) Thanks to both for kind comments.
