I was able to find a good use of 21mm SEM during a wedding recently. The hyperfocal setting , the wide coverage that can be cropped when needed due to the excellent definition of the lens, and the slight exaggeration of the body lines when taken from a lower angle which is better for the couples has its advantages. This photo was cropped.

Can anyone comment on Super-Elmar-M 18mm vs WATE @ 18mm?

 

Lots of WATE on this thread and not much S-E-M 18. :(. WATE seems to be much more popular, probably because it's more versatile I suppose.

 

Looking at Flickr, the SEM 18 is a special lens too! Let's see some SEM 18 shots!
