k-hawinkler Posted November 6, 2015 Share #121 Posted November 6, 2015 Advertisement (gone after registration) Here is a shot with A7r2 and WATE from the River House of Los Luceros, the oldest continuously operating Hacienda (since 1703) in the State of New Mexico. In the picture you can see the Rio Grande and the Jemez Mountains, near where I live, at the horizon. :-) AFAIK the 21 Summilux doesn't behave much differently with regards to discoloration and corner smearing on the A7r2. But unfortunately I don't own it. :-(

ramarren Posted November 6, 2015 Share #122 Posted November 6, 2015 I do from time to time. I have the macro adapter for the 90 Macro-Elmar (not the lens, just the adapter). I got when I had the T after Jono pointed out you could use it with any M lens. I've played with the Noctilux and other lenses. It's quite fun, though it doesn't achieve 1:1. Macro is something I will look further at. Cheers John I have the Macro-Elmarit-R 60 as well as the Macro Adapter R. The combination nets 1:1 magnification. It's a wonderful lens, which I knew from before I bought it by borrowing one from a friend for a weekend. It's also light, small, and makes for a wonderful short portrait or long normal perspective.
