Ingrid,

 

A fine timeless shot of the past days of rail history.  My father worked on a railroad and when I was a young boy, I seen many steam locomotives.  This brings back memories.  Thanks for posting.

  i'm glad Paul - this old locomotive won the Year 1924 "Prussian T18" number 78468

  a steam engine so beautiful puffing and whistling - which is set for a technology in transition when it starts to move .......... :)
