If a 'cut model' means a cross section of the optical formula, the information is just a few clicks away - right on the Leica AG website: Leica Camera AG - Photography - Lenses Click on 'details' next to the lens you are interested in and download the pdf with the information. If you are looking for cross sections of older lenses, I am sure that a thorough Google search will come up with some information as well.
