jbl Posted August 27, 2015 Share #1 Posted August 27, 2015 Advertisement (gone after registration) I'm not expecting to get this, but I'd love it if the M60 firmware were changed to not display the number of shots left on the card after every time you press the shutter button. You lose the the meter and it's distracting. At least if the number is > 250 it seems meaningless to show it. Please?

jbl Posted August 27, 2015 Author Share #2 Posted August 27, 2015 As an open request/plea to Leica, if you send me the source to the firmware, I'd be happy to make the change and send you a patch file :-).

jbl Posted August 27, 2015 Author Share #4 Posted August 27, 2015 Sigh. I know. It's basically the perfect Leica, it's the closest to how I used and felt about a camera since the M3. This one thing is the one serious miss to me. Strap lugs would be nice, but I have a Luigi case going which was exactly what I did with my M3 anyway. bocaburger Posted August 27, 2015 Share #5 Posted August 27, 2015 An 8mm x 2mm LCD shot-counter display on top plus a pair of strap lugs might have added a couple hundred dollars to the cost and made the camera seem overpriced.
