xiaubauu2009 Posted August 26, 2015 Share #1 Posted August 26, 2015 Advertisement (gone after registration) On my Leica S006, I find that the virtual horizon is slightly tilted to the left and not really level. Is there a way to reset it?
Advertisement Posted August 26, 2015 Posted August 26, 2015 Hi xiaubauu2009, Take a look here Reseting the Virtual Horizon on Leica S. I'm sure you'll find what you were looking for!
Manolo Laguillo Posted August 26, 2015 Share #2 Posted August 26, 2015 yes, there is a way. 1. put the camera on a tripod. 2. level it accurately (that's a topic in itself...) 3. go to 'horizon' 4. on the upper left corner you will see 'reset' 5. proceed the word 'reset' appears only when the camera is more or less level. darylgo Posted August 29, 2015 Share #3 Posted August 29, 2015 Didn't see this in the manual, did i miss something? Will this also work on m240?
Manolo Laguillo Posted August 30, 2015 Share #4 Posted August 30, 2015 Don't know if it's in the manual, but it works... Neither the M 240 nor the D Lux 109 seem to have this feature of calibrating the horizon. On the S(006) the 'reset' word will appear on the upper left corner of the screen only when the camera is level, or quite level. Of course, if you reset it being not perfectly level, it won't be ok.
