Leica Q Product registration

I had the same problem but it isn't solved yet.  At first, I got a response but was traveling and didn't have my serial number with me.  When I returned I sent an email with the serial number but no response.  I guess, I need to call them.

Received an email today telling me I could register and registration went fine. No explanation for why there is an issue.  Hopefully they fix this for future registrants.

 

The support wrote me that they are in late synchronizing the production database (the new s/n) with the register web site database.

I had trouble as well. Sent customer service an email with my serial number and date of purchase, etc. Three days later got an email saying it was registered with a screen shot of the approval. Logged into my Leica site and there it was. A+ assistance if you ask me. She said it was a server issue for a few days that got things jammed up.
