My 46mm filter goes over the "shade" but still vignettes the image. The UV/IR filter makes such a difference, I can't imagine shooting indoors without it. stunsworth Posted May 19, 2007 Share #2 Posted May 19, 2007 Hi Stephen, do a search on the forum with 'O ring' and you'll get a thread or two discussing exactly what you are trying to achieve - you'll need a 39mm filter by the way. One solution is to wind some tape around the edge of a 39mm filter and then press the filter into the inside of the lens hood. Link to post Share on other sites More sharing options...
