JPEG or RAW?  Which do you shoot in and why?

Some folks shoot in JPEG most or all of the time; some will shoot only shoot in RAW.  I find myself in in the latter camp.  From PetaPixel, here is an explanation of why.

I am in the RAW camp, but not for the lossy compression. Most PP software will only save the adjustments you make and will start from the original to export your final result. The Jpeg is only saved twice, once in the camera and once when you export it...

Main reason for me is the extra dynamic range (at least 1,5 stop either side). I like to shoot in auto exposure mode with my M9. There are enough other things to worry about  like focus, framing, aperture choice when you want to capture a moment… I fix exposure issues in PP

White balance is an other reason, it is much easier to correct after the shot in RAW. But that is not a question of time constraint, more laziness or carelessness from my part when taking the shot.
