Foxy11 Posted May 13, 2015 Share #1 Posted May 13, 2015 Advertisement (gone after registration) Took this whilst inside a stately home one other shot similar. All the rest totally normal. 1600 ASA wide open. Any ideas? Needless to say didn't spot it at the time as I always have the preview set to monochrome. Very strange. CheshireCat Posted May 13, 2015 Share #2 Posted May 13, 2015 Did you have a filter on ? What kind of illumination was in place ?
250swb Posted May 13, 2015 Share #3 Posted May 13, 2015 You think the colours are strange, the person has no hands! I would imagine some sort of polarised light used for the display is the culprit. Steve
571514M3 Posted May 13, 2015 Share #4 Posted May 13, 2015 There is nothing wrong with the M, it is simply stealth lighting meant to curve around human shapes. To be specific, the missing hands and face are the result of ultra low frequency spectrographic distortion from the low temperature LEDs. Set up the same photo in daylight and all will be fine. Leica Fanatic Posted May 13, 2015 Share #5 Posted May 13, 2015 Cool shot and the best bit is they're 'your' colors.
Foxy11 Posted May 14, 2015 Author Share #6 Posted May 14, 2015 No filter. Others perfectly normal. Very strange. Don't know what's going on. The subject matter is Dunham Massey Cheshire. CheshireCat Posted May 14, 2015 Share #7 Posted May 14, 2015 Advertisement (gone after registration) I can only explain this with light incoming from a RGB light projector. Flickering of the lamps, captured at the right time, would cause this pattern: - Green - mixing into Red (Yellow) - Red - mixing into Blue (Magenta) - Blue. Which is exactly what you have. What was the light source ?
