The buy and sell section has become almost useless since you can no longer sort by country or even tell what country the seller is in.   Overall I think this new forum software is a big step backwards.

Can't let this sort of comment slip past sorry.

While I do find a few things different, nothing I have seen so far is "a big step backwards".

 

Maybe I am old-fashioned but the first thing I thought of when I read your post was, "I wonder why he didn't just pen a polite and discrete note to the owner/operators of the forum". Sure there is possibly room for improvements and always will be, but by and large, I can't see to much to complain about.

 

Or simply not log on, and get the Leica-Fix elsewhere.

i'm still finding my way around the new forum, but i have found two different looks to the buy and sell section.   i am not yet a big fan of either one, but the top screen shot is somehow cleaner, with a more visible selling price on the right side, fewer font sizes and colors, etc. .   here are two screen shots to show the differences.

ps.   yes, i would also welcome the automatic inclusion of item location, to avoid wasting time dreaming about an item from outside the EU (example).
