jpattison Posted April 25, 2015 Share #1 Posted April 25, 2015 Advertisement (gone after registration) Hi, I recently visited Wetzlar, on a four day trip organised by the Leica Store Manchester (David; son Ben, and Richard). There were 23 of us all together, and we had an opportunity to try different lenses/bodies. We had a great time, touring the old town with a guide, and visiting Haus Friedwart, where Dr Knut Kühn-Leitz showed us around. Also the new museum collection in this building was worth the trip! This is a 5 section pan taken with my Monochrom and a borrowed 50 Apo Summicron. Thanks for looking, John Welcome, dear visitor! Pintpot Posted April 25, 2015 Share #3 Posted April 25, 2015 Great John! Sorry I'll miss the full photo tour on Monday at the photo society - but it's Lancs, C.C. first home match of the 2015 season Regards
likalar Posted May 5, 2015 Share #4 Posted May 5, 2015 Very good! Actually, I did not know the building, but your point of view strongly reveals the building's curves and windows as film sprockets on a loosely wound film strip. Thanks for posting this.
