stevme Posted May 16, 2007 Share #5 Posted May 16, 2007 Thanks, guys, but I'm looking for black and both shops list them as out of stock. John I've used foto-huppert.de with satisfaction on several occasions to get IR cut filters, and they work fine. In the search box ("Suchen") enter 486 and you will see B+W (Schneider) cut filters for sale. I just ordered one from them for my 75 chron. James Mitchell Posted May 16, 2007 Share #7 Posted May 16, 2007 Advertisement (gone after registration) Popflash has the B+W 486's for less. Tony had the 39mm Leica IRs in stock a day or two ago. Just keep checking his site everyday if you really want the Leica.
johnwolf Posted May 16, 2007 Author Share #8 Posted May 16, 2007 Thanks again. There was a recent thread with general agreement that Leica IR filters do a better job at 21mm and wider. If I can't find black, I'll go with silver, which are widely available. John
