Summary: Leica has a new Global Director Marketing & Communications. She’s been with the company since July 2010 and was in charge of Campaign Management (Product) & CRM (Customer Relationship Management). Before Leica she was European Marketing Communication Manager Aftersales for GM Europe (Opel, Chevrolet and Saab). And before that she was with Siemens branches as Director of Global Marketing. R&D & Customer Service needs an overhaul, not just s bandaid!.. But as I said, probably more of the same as they change offices, rearrange their desks and then slip into the norm of shuffling papers and holding endless meetings..
