I know the dial has a different click at the A setting, but it isn't distinct enough for me to set without looking to check I haven't reduced the speed too much. I can track the aperture, more or less, by counting clicks from wide open. I know some people would not want this feature, so it would have to be possible to switch it off. Ability to turn off long exposure noise reduction. These two are a big issue for landscape shooting on a tripod. And a fix to the lock up issue that happens to some people. Nice to have: display of shutter speed in the viewfinder, so reducing the need to take the camera from the eye. If I can take my eye from the OVF to see the LV display, I can look at the shutter speed dial. The issue I have is at night time/late evening I can't read the shutter dial because it is too dark and need to use LV to see what the shutter is. It would be nice to have this information in the viewfinder. Canon bodies for example have a top LCD with a button you can press to light it up, on the Leica the only option to see your settings for night shooting is live view. Daylight savings time and time zone settings are still part of user profiles. 3. I'd like an option to turn off noise reduction when shooting at higher ISOs. thrid Posted March 31, 2015 Share #11 Posted March 31, 2015 Green shadow fix for shooting at high iso. I'm also seeing unevenly balanced channels in the highlights. I was pretty dumbfounded when I discovered this a few days in to owning the 240. Pretty unacceptable for a $8000 camera and what is even more absurd is that after nearly 2 years this has still not been fixed. I have to say I can't imagine being able to capture an image in such utter darkness that I couldn't make out the numbers on the shutter dial, but never say never.
