I visited the Leica store in Taipei today the lady at the counter was most unfriendly and acted as if she was doing a favor to the customer. I expect better courteous service.

Ask for the Manager - @ Leica prices I would expect nothing less than 110% service & satisfaction..

... sounds like you went to the Leica store in the Camera district run by Schmidt Marketing of Hong Kong and not the Leica Store run by Leica in Bellavita Mall .

That store has friendly service but English language is limited .

She is not a Leica employee. There are assholes everywhere.
